It all started when Mike and Mary immigrated to America as
Mike’s extreme financial struggles as a teenager in high
school, then college, taught him how to perseverance in extreme situations and
prepared him for challenges ahead. He ultimately
supported himself without any parental guidance or help.
In 1988, Mary who had recently departed CSU Los Angeles (B.S.
in Medical Technology) entered real estate with one simple goal in mind: to
help clients achieve home ownership, an important part of the American Dream,
and to do it with honesty, integrity, and outstanding personalized service.
Two years into Mary’s real estate career, Mike left his job
as a chemist and joined forces with his wife.
Now as a team, Mike and Mary had a mission to offer clients
a trustworthy source of real estate representation. They achieve this by combining their superior
negotiation skills with unparalleled client service, sound guidance, care, and
knowledge. Both have Broker Licenses
(and have had many opportunities to open their own firm in the past 27 years)
and have always stood firm by commitment to people rather than numbers.
In the early 1990s, Mike and Mary experienced the real
estate down cycle. Despite the difficult
times, their hard work, knowledge and perseverance enabled them to help many of
their clients sell their homes. And then
came the 2007 and 2008 collapse of the real estate market. They worked harder than ever. With their strong commitment to excellence, proven
ability to overcome any obstacle, and effective marketing strategies, they
successfully help their clients and achieved 100% approval ratings on their short
sales. While industry average agents
were lost and getting out of the real estate business, Mike and Mary excelled
by helping homeowners avoid foreclosures and loss of their home. Mike and Mary solidified their reputation as Orange
County’s most trusted real estate agents.
A few years ago, to help clients net more money for their
homes, Mike and Mary started providing clients with FREE full professional
staging of their home, as opposed to the typical soft staging (simply hanging
artwork on the wall!).
Since 1988, Mike and Mary have demonstrated results time after
time through their sound guidance, knowledge, and proven ability to bring the
result that clients are seeking. Mike
and Mary’s personal service, expansive network, and attention to detail have
led to large source of referrals and repeat clients.
